Before placing your order with QikSoft, please read the following:
You will be placing a order for a digital download product. We do not ship any products to your mailing address UNLESS stated. Most all of our products are designed to be downloaded to your hard drive.
Normally all of our products are in a ZIP format with exception of some software which may be present in EXE format.
Being the nature of digital products – you pay and download – We DO NOT offer refunds, UNLESS otherwise noted on the product page.
Once you have downloaded a digital file, we have no control over that file. This is the reason that we do not offer refunds unless stated otherwise on page where product was purchased.
If this seems like a risk, please do not place a order with us. We have been in business for over 15 years and take care of our customers. If you have a problem downloading your purchase, we will do everything possible to assist you in a timely manner.
